Does Finasteride Reduce Testosterone?

I only ask because I’m nearly 30 and have hardly any hair on my chest.

Am I right in thinking that in theory Finasteride should increase the amount of testosterone floating around the body, because less of it is converted into DHT?

Yes it does increase testosterone, but according to the Patient Info Leaflet it doesn't have any effect on body hair.

Yes it does increase testosterone, but according to the Patient Info Leaflet it doesn’t have any effect on body hair.
