Hi guys , going to add this to my routine. My question is which one do i need and what % …5 or the 2 ?
Any tips , e.g once or twice a day ?

5% is for men
2% is for women.
Recommended application is 2x a day morning and night.
I use the foam version as easy to apply and fast drying.
