I’m no doctor or pharmacist, but I can’t see the relevance to hair loss. Finasteride is a treatment for benign prostate enlargement rather than prostate cancer (though there is some speculation that it might reduce the risk of prostate cancer). The common factor between prostate enlargement and hair loss is dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, which is reduced by administration of finasteride. Viagra doesn’t have any effect on DHT.
Yes Viagra only counteract the effect of these DHT blockers which is used for erectile dysfunction.
